Project Management

OMS can provide management services for your refining automation upgrade project. We use industry standard methodology “Project Delivery Framework (PDF)” to manage your project. This methodology divides the project in four phases, namely

1. Project Initiation
2. Project Planning
3. Project Execution
4. Project Monitoring and Control
